Agu won't start!!!

Hi guys new to this forum just bought another a3 1.8t big fan needs a couple of bits sorting which arnt a problem but it won't start I've tried new starter motor new battery ignition control module got changed recently the fuel pump is priming with ignition but it will start with a jump start any ideas I'm thinking something electrical but its driving me crazy any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Have you scanned it for fault codes?

Yep they read throttle valve control part j338 fault in basic settings throttle body control module j338 sporadic mass air flow sensor g70 signal to low po102 static no define I am getting a new throttle body and mass air flow sensor of a breaking a4 that I no work shouldn't make it not start tho?
