Xenon headlamps

Hi all, have a question for you knowledgable ppl.
i have a fecelift 2001 non xenon A3 and was wondering if i could get a hold of S3 headlamps with the xenons packs would it be a direct swap?

It would be a direct swap...but to be honest mate its not worth it! Just stick eitehr some PIAA bulbs in (7500k are SO close to xenon...i am using them) and your more or less there! Or just a retrofit HID kit.

Are the PIAA 7500k a H1 fitting?
I want a pair, but couldn't find them on the powerbulbs site.
Any suggestions on a supplier?

I got my PIAA from www.speeding.co.uk

They arent cheap @ £76, but they are as good as you can get before having to go xenon! You can get them in all sorts of fitment. Mine are H7

£76 is expensive in comparison to other bulbs, but a bargain against the xenon conversion.

Aren't H7 fittings for the high beam bulbs though (not for busy road driving)?

Depends what model A3... pre facelift use H7 and H4.

£75.99 is expensive for bulbs, however, not a single other bulb compares to these for birhgtness and color temp!!
