    hey everybody, new guy from Melbourne Australia.
    im chinese as u can tell from my name. lol

    i did few things so far on my 2000 audi s3 8L APY.

    GBF DV
    N249 PASSWAY
    New oil pan fitted
    changed Heldex Oil
    Fitted TFSI coilpack with NGK spark plugs
    BMC POD air fliter,
    Front Mount Bigger intercooler
    GIAC stage 1 ( no boost increased. sad...)
    Lowed springs
    FAKE RS4 RIMS 18x8 +35 offset

    and will go on..

    How about using a set of OE coil pack adapters to hold it all in?

    I never knew there were OE adapters!

    I thought the sort of places you could buy them from were like awesome GTI.

    Didn't know Vag would have made them tbh for us 1.8t owners.

    I don't expect anyone knows how much they'd be?

    18" BBS RSII with Michelin PS3s, 20mm H&R adapters, Relentless 3" DP and Sports cat, B5 V1 induction kit, cone filter+heat shield, Forge 007P, Awesome GTI SMF, AP coilovers, Facelift rear lights, Full Powerflex poly bush kit, R32 Rear ARB, SAI delete, N249 by-pass, Upgraded Engine mounts with Polytek, Stage 1 CC at Badger 5.

    Hi mate got some adaptors a couple of weeks ago I think they were about £10 for the 4
    2001 s3, stage 1 amk, nogaro blue, bilstein shocks, eibach springs, forge adjustable tie bars, Red power flex dog bone bush, Awesome heavy duty clutch, 18" nouvalari alloys, ambient lighting, tt pedals, led side lights, led number plate lights, abt number plate surrounds, badger 5 tip, jetex filter, resonated milltek cat back exhaust, bailey dv,

    How do they actually hold them in without bolting to the rocker cover like the aftermarket ones?

    They have two pegs on them that are a nice fit in the bolt holes

    They were made for the v8engines I think, but I might ditch my adaptors for them!

    well, the TFSI coilpack with NGK park plug cost $139.95 from ECS tuning.

    anyone interested to do the TFSI coilpack and the adapters
    beware, the adapters won't be perfect fit but does the job.

    The ECS one you have are designed to stop them popping up not hold them secure...

    I did

    I've read that complete thread already and was contemplating the adapters from Aweseome (over 3 weeks ago mind! lol)

    I knew there were adapters about and the places to buy them- I just didn't know that within the last month there had been a significantly cheaper OEM option unearthed.

    i no it was not design for securing the coilpack, but it does the job. for my case, simply for the looking. lol

    Hi mate if you want a set of the OEM adaptors there only £6 for a set of 4 from VW in bordesley in birmingham
