which decat out of these???

Assuming you have an S3 (you haven't mentioned what car you actually have so it could be an Allegro for all we know :)...) then the first one looks like it is suitable for an S3 and as Dave has already said the second one is not even close...

might help I guess...sorry its an s3 yes with bam engine! So only the top one with fit?

The top one should fit yes... should say though that the main restriction on the S3's exhaust is the down pipe... you won't gain much with the decat and if you decide to fit a 3" downpipe later then this decat won't be of any use... its not that much more expensive to go for a 3" relentless DP with de-cat tbh...

TBH mate I have no idea... I think he has done a couple before.. best bet is to drop him an email or call him... he is quite busy atm so doesn't get the time to get on the forums so much...
