how to remove climatization (no clima control panel)

Hello,
Anybody know if here on this forum (or vwvortex) is some how to guide to remove climatization? I found nothing.
I have problem with it, and also some error is in memory. I think clima motor is bad or something like that because i heard wery strong mechanical vibrations if clima was turned ON.

It could be the foam inside the fan unit behind the dashboard making the vibrations. You can remove the glovebox and access it although it's a very tight squeeze.
