Why you should avoid cheap rose joints

This is after ~2,500km. I've since replaced them with MadMax bush replacement ends. Decent rose joints would last way longer.

Yeah. I'm tempted to take a look at the joint itself but it has a rubber boot on that if I remove, might effect my refund. I think it must be a real cheap joint though.
 
Cheap ones yes Dave. Decent ones can last much much longer. There's a dude on vortex with a rose bushed setup all round and he's done 75,000 miles !
 
Interesting! I'll put mine on and see how long they last - if the same thing happens then i'll be going to a bushed adapter too!
 
You never know they might have used decent joints! I think someone commented on the thread that they'd been running them for quite a while without issue. Mine were making a noise (squeeking) over bumps which got worse and worse until any movement made a noise.
