No boost 1.9tdi

I was driving along and put my foot down and got no boost. I can hear the turbo whistle when revving on idle, and got no black smoke when revving. Any help?

Check all boost pipes first. Something might have split or popped off.

I took washer bottle out and looked at the inter cooler. Looked at what else I can see from under bonnet and all hoses look solid
