Will wheels suited for a MKiv golf fit an S3?

Also, is there anything i should be aware of when buying a dealer supplied import S3?

It was main dealer purchased 3 years ago and it would now be a private sale.....

MkIV golfs have the same stud pattern, but not necessarily the same offset / width as the S3. Best seek specific advice regarding the exact wheel tyre combination.
