aerial adaptors? totally confused!

here we go again.. for whatever reason i can find the answer i need through a search! my car had the symphony double din stereo fitted, and i have now replaced it but need an aerial adaptor..

the original stereo has 2 connections, one is the normal type (co-ax thing) and the second is FAKRA

so... which cable to i need to buy? and how do i connect it?! nothing seems to come with any kind of instructions, and nothing seems to have any connections that would accomodate both connectors and convert them to a single one for an aftermarket stereo!

You just need the standard ISO one, then connect the blue flying lead to your power antenna feed from the new head unit
