hi all my a3's having a solid flywheel conversion kit this sunday with valeo clutch and ive been told to get hold of some multispline torx? i was just wondering what size i will need for the driveshaft? any help would be good. searched but cant seem to find any information

depends on the year mate. If it's AGU, there are two tyres again depending on it's age.

What reg is it?

s plate mate 98-99? my local shop have a set sizes 6 8 10 and 12 just wanted to makesure its one of them before i buy haha

tough call. if it's a 98 MY it'll be an M8 spline. If it's a MY99 car it'll be M10.

Would need to see a pic of the drive flange, or a pic of the top of the gearbox to tell you either way mate.

ok buddy thanks theres a set of size 6 8 10 n 12 at my local car spares shop anyway so il buy the set and have all the other sizes lol

To be fair, you'll need the m6 to remove the standard clutch to flywheel bolts and the m12 for the flywheel to crankshaft bolts.

As prawn says, 100mm shafts-m8, 108mm shafts-m10.

Buy the whole set basically! :)
