central locking issues

hi guys n gals,
recently my central locking has stopped working, tried pretty much most of the most popular fixes on here ie,
checked pump, changed batteries in fob, checked fuses, reprogrammed key(on reprogramme the locks did actually lock on 2nd press unlock)
the doors lock with key but dont all unlock, the button on the door locks all doors drom inside.
im at my witts end what it can be. any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

just thought id give this a bump,
turned out fitting after market stereo was to blame and had to reverse red and yellow wires,
so for any one else having similar issues i hope this can be of some help.
