Help needed with S3 sounds bad on tick over

Hey guys hope someone can help, my car sounded strange on tick over this morning on warm up before my drive to work, driving to work the engine did sound as normal however when i pulled up to work it was sounding rough.
I've just been out to check coolant, oil etc and everything is how it should be...
I started it up and idle is correct but the car sounds rough, like its chugging but it isnt....??
I did think maybe something was caught in the belt but i can't see anything, as you can tell i'm no mechanic so any help would be great, thanks in advance...

Just been told it could be the tension-er or pully..???? could this correct..??

Sounds like throttle body needs a cleaning, when was it done last!

not sure mate, but got it to a garage last night and he was saying its coming from where the belts are so its going in monday morning...
