Car has reset and running like a dog

ok so I had a problem with my fuel gauge n someone said unplugging the battery would sort and it did but after like 2 mins of driving warning light came on and noticing lil problems with the electrics

also run feels like **** n time and date is back to 1999

how do I fiX this to go back to normal ???

Scan the car for fault codes mate... if a warning light has come on then there will be fault codes and first port of call is to find out what they are...
