HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOT FAILURE

please someone help,my cars just failed its mot,cos the drivers chair is really loose on the sliding bracket,its hard to describe but there is some kind of butterfly kind of fixing block that should be fixed into the underneith of my chair,and it looks like its come out of where it should be fixed into,and iv no clue on what it is or how to fix it back into place?????????????

Not sure what it is, but it is only one bolt at the front to remove the seat altogether, then get a better look? (obv wire harnesses disconnected too)

Haha got to love jardos bluntness but got to agree with him, get pics up mate as i dont have a clue like dave and jardo said.
