Spoiler light?

Hi lads,

Everytime i turn my lights on in my s3 the spoiler light is on constantly?

And then when i brake it beeps in dash and the braking symbol appears.

Brakes are fine.

Does just the red one come up? or also the abs one as-well? - Also have you checked the fluid level? A light and a Beep normally means Fluid level issues.
