merry xmas come home to my car has been broken into ive removed the door card and cleared it out the best i could is there any pointers or any tip witch will help me when fitting the replacemet? auto glass wanted 240 pounds + fitting wich is far to much so going to ave a go.

local scrappy for another door glass certanly going to be cheaper than autoglass

Have you not got glass cover on ins mate then it would just be £70 ish xs

As above, if you have windscreen cover then you only have to pay an excess. Most people dont realise it is glass cover, we had a door glass replaced under insurance through Autoglass. Good luck.
