Just had drive shaft number 4 go on me. Dose any one know of a stronger shaft that I can use! I have tryed useing one from an auto that lasted for a day any help would be good. It is the inner cv that keep braking on the n/side. Yes it is front wheel drive running 195bhp which is not a lot. ( my car is a3 1.8 t sport on a 2000 )

looks like there's a fault with you EDL

Electronic diff lock, you don't have it as you are 2wd.
If it's the same shaft you are ruining i'd look for another fault.

Lol nearly all 1j chassis cars run edl has nothing todo with Quattro torsion system etc its in the ABS and 2wd cars do have it
