2000 S3 rear wheel bearing.

I am a new owner for a S3 and very pleased with it except for an annoying whine/rumble mainly when i go around left hand bends. Have jacked the car up this evening and found some play in the rear off side wheel bearing.The movement it mainly when you grip the wheel at 12 and 6 oclock. I presume this has got a good chance of being the noise.

how hard are they to change and will these off ebay fit my car ?
