golf mk4 gauge pod on a a3

hi all i was looking at gauge pods and found a pog that replaces the top of the steering colum plastic but will it fit ?

Wouldn't it get in the way of the speedo and digi read out? Got for a pillar pod or one the replaces the air vent?

To be honest mate, they fit, but its not a factory fit. You have to double side sticky tape them in place and the stalk holes don't line up 100%
ive got one if you wish not to spend all that money on a new one

As said, it fits but needs triming/modding.

By the way, i didnt replace the top of the steering colum plastic, i just mounted it over that part.
