    just a quicky people

    can anyone recomend doin owt else before i torque the head up thanks.

    new water pump on damper, tenstioner, pistons in rods torqed up new oil pump an and pick up pipe sump on.
    water lines oil lines turbo and mani all bolted on to head.
    350bhp & 316ftlb BBT new k16 7+7 blade hybrid turbo, Welly cooler, jetex filter, relentless ported v3 manifold 3" downpipe & de-cat, liquid gauge, r32 rear arb, AGU ported and polished Head, 550cc injectors, kw v2 Coilovers, s3dave tie bars & heat sheild, milltek cat back, I.E forged rods, brembos, inline fuel pump, v3 badger 5 tip, devils own WMI kit, AGU pistons, rear grooved discs & brembo pads, ds2500 pads & EBC ultimax disc, stack boost gauge

    Unless you had the block sonically cleaned, blow the oil and water galleries with compressed air to ensure no crap or debris has got in

    Thanks guys Andrew did my head dan and cleaned it in the bath thingy lol head gasket on at min iv packed up for night and back on it Tomoz ill fill the cams he's up with oil when it's torqued up.

    need to wrap down pipe, put timing belt onto head cog, set timing, torque head down, get a tip and DV, seal sump, oil and water line to block, get a phenolic gasket, fill oil and coolant, sort cat out to fit Milltek and wrap my lambda sensor with somate as its ryt next to mani.

    dont no how Ro do trimming so need to get Someone that nose what there doin.

    or and fill turbo with oil first
