How to fit Rear Wiper Motor??? A3 1999

Dear All,

As title suggests is there an idiots guide to doing this?(possibly with pictures?)

I am more concerned about being to heavy handed with the trim, and need to make sure all screws etc are out!.

Any help welcomed!
