Miltek Exhaust Claps Keep dropping to bits !

My car came with a Cat back Miltek system on ( non res) its a 2001 AMK S3
The ****** clamps on the system fall to bits every year ! guess what i noticed at the weekend... Its happened again ! *** !
Has anybody else had this problem? I saw a rep at a show last time and asked him and he forwarded two to me, But its far from show time... Email miltek? Or does anybody know a good agent for them?

Sack it off and get to exhaust uk for a 3" custom jobby .

don't use Miltek clamps then.....

Standard U-bolt clamps are about £2 from a motorfactors. They're not pretty, but they work.

It's a shame you didn't purchase the mitek yourself Paul. I've had a couple of little problems with my exhausts (loose hangers) and both times I had a brand new backbox fitted, no problems or labour charge. They do seem like good guys at miltek so I would definately email them and explain the situation

Unless EUK have seriously upped their game i would trust the clamps on mine to outlast the pipe work/ welds on yours.
A few of the lads i know used them in the past... Then had no end of trouble. Very low grade stainless and poor welds. Mind , this was about 3 years back.
