Quick help with regards to n249 delete

I have followed the guide in the stickies but as mine is a preface lift ajq code Quattro it does not have a Sai or n112... Am I right in sayig I just put the vac hose from the inlet mani to the dv? Can someone infirm this please

Also dv dosent sounds as loud and slightly delayed

Essentially yes... all the DV requires is a vac pipe from the inlet to the top of the DV... not familiar with the plumbing on yours but just make sure there are no check valves etc left inline...
