V-tune

Hi there folks,
When browsing the net I came across a program called v-tune by APR.
Has anyone had any experience with this software and what the program limitations are.

I did have it but lost it when my laptop broke on me!! You could do loads of things with the car like changing the boost pressure, timing, idle speed and various other things however I didn't really bother cause i didn't want to knack the car!!
