what do private plates with S3 at the start normaly go for??

as been looking online just not what they go for??

Best place to look is the likes of the DVLA site, Seems best value for buying them

You will need to get it valued... it will depend on the actual reg... online registration sites will give you a valuation

I couldn't find one beginning with S3 and including my initials so I went for S111 and my initials for £275 from the DVLA.

Start at About £185 + all transfer and reg costs + new plates = £350 ish by the time it hits your vehicle.

I saw mine on Ebay for £695. Was looking into buying it and on the off chance had a look on DVLA and it was £255 all in!

Worth checking DVLA.

just got s3 and my intials for 250 all in with tranfer as well so the plate was 138 quid thats crazy

Always best to buy direct from DVLA. I seen mine advertised elsewhere for between £350-600 but got it from DVLA for £250.

Yeah, DVLA is best. Was looking at the S3 regs when I ended with N88GGY for my noggy blue for £255 as I kept thinking that putting an S3 badge would make some think it is a fake like they used to do with RS plates etc.
