need help how to remove radiator upper flange

ok the flange broked now i can remove it ,?
i removed the clips but its still like stuck!!

With age they normally weld themselves to the radiator and are difficult to remove even with the core out of the car. As long as you have removed the spring clip there is nothing holding it on other than an o-ring, age and limescale. Just pull. Lots.
