after deleting my pcv system and deleting all my leeks i know i need a new actuator my question is can this be changed on the car or is it a turbo off job ?????? any advice would be great ????

Can be done while the turbo is still attached. If you have an s3 then you need to remove the water feed banjo bolt first to get access to one of the bolts.
