Like I tell you in the last post, I have bought Audi A3 1.9 TDI 66kw 1999year.. But I can't find the engine number which I need for documentation.. I saw in the belt cover but there it isn't.. Help mee!!

Have a look in the spare wheel well, there will be a white sticker with the engine number/ 3 digit code, gearbox code, trim code, colour code

By the look of it the code could be AGR or ALH, ALH is a common engine that I see in a lot of A3s you could call your local motor factors or if you PM me your reg I will get you the code in full mate
I call them and they tell me the number, but the police here want to see it on the engine to be sure that the engine isn't changed..
