Yup, you'd just need to change the airbag plugs on either the car or the seats.
When I did it, I got the plugs and 6" of the cars look and spliced that into the car so I didn't cut a thing on the seats.

bolts straight in, same fitment yea.
Plugs are different on pre and post facelift cars though, so you need to change the plugs on either the seats of the car loom. I chose to change on the car loom, as I knew I'd never be going back.
Worked out pretty well, as I later bought a facelift car and the half leather seats went straight in with no messing around
Be warned though, the wiring colours are different too, so you'll need a wiring diagram to work out which wire does what. it's not simply a case of red-red and black-black
