Forge 007p Help

Hey Guys

Just got my 007p delivered (thanks to DPM) just wanted to know what spring i should run and if i should use any plates?

Currently running 255 BHP on an s3 Bam

Yellow for stage 1, green for standard so sounds like yellow will be fine.

Cool and what about the plates leave them out?

Does not need any extra tension on the spring, usually stage 2 and above will require more tension on the spring.

Yellow spring for stage 1.

If you've got stage 2 AND a Forge actuator then yellow and a shim, otherwise I'd stick with yellow personally.
