FK coilover owners S3 - Rear adjusters

Hi guys, Just wondering if the rear adjuster is meant to sit on top of the spring on the rear?.
The adjuster wont fit on the lower mount, but seems to be a poor fit if fitted with the adjuster above the spring.
Or I have the wrong rears?

I had a Golf before Audi and they didnt fit properly on the perch, so angle grinder and just trimmed them enough to fit but yes they fit on bottom.

Was that a quattro mate? My problem is the internal diameter of the threaded part of the adjuster being too small for the lower mount, So I cant really trim anything off it with a grinder :/.

Basically you have the rubber perch and in the centre of that a rubber bumpstop which is metal underneath a coat of rubber, just trim that down, maybe different on Audi.
