    pictures of my turbo,head, mani dry build

    hi guys some pics here of my AGU head mani and turbo plus down pipe all together after some modding u dont need to use the copper spacers either and all looks ok with no real problem in fitting with the head off.

    here is the head with the mani and gasket on touching the suport bracket for the charge pipe so had to wip that off and the mani touching the head before s3dave took a grinder too it.


















    and after a took the suport bracket off









    here is where the mani catchies on the head




    then s3dave took his grinder to the mani





    and the turbo and mani on the head with no problems


















    and with the downpipe connected.

    350bhp & 316ftlb BBT new k16 7+7 blade hybrid turbo, Welly cooler, jetex filter, relentless ported v3 manifold 3" downpipe & de-cat, liquid gauge, r32 rear arb, AGU ported and polished Head, 550cc injectors, kw v2 Coilovers, s3dave tie bars & heat sheild, milltek cat back, I.E forged rods, brembos, inline fuel pump, v3 badger 5 tip, devils own WMI kit, AGU pistons, rear grooved discs & brembo pads, ds2500 pads & EBC ultimax disc, stack boost gauge

    you will want to install the water/oil lines before installing.. kok of a job afterwards otherwise

    much more clearance on the problem dp stud in your pix than the one i have here. which is never going to clear.

    What version u have at the min bill as I take it my v3 has more clearance.

    Ill fit the water and oil lines first ye due to 2 of them been reel pigs one behind the turbo and one undernief will the oil and water lines be ok with the heat of the mani bill thanks

    V3... but I think an earlier one... which came with the copper gasket things..
    it wont fit however..

    seems it was a woops on the 1st few..

    this kit is the same bill with the copper spacers i think not shore there gaskets think they are for clearance pal on downpipe and so on.

    nice bit of kit tho and oem gaskets for me too.

    what downpipe wrap would u use bill and will it benefit from been wraped
