The part number will be on the hose itself and you can get from Audi. I think forge do a "upgraded" one that does not brake down so easily. It's a important pipe as that vacume is part braking system. It also causes leaks in the PCV system. Pretty common!
Better of getting rid of all them pipes and putting an oil catch can on the car for all the money spent on hoses

That looks to be parts of the PCV system - as said above. That stands for Positive Crankcase Ventilation. Basically, it's relieving pressure inside the crank case from gas creeping past the rings. Mainly that pipe will carry air, oil and oil vapour.
If part of the PCV, it's not a vac hose. I can't really tell from the photo - and am not that familliar with the AMK/BAM setup.
