fitted a new forge 008 recirc valve and can hardly here the thing any ideas why checked all my pipes and have no leaks im confused

You shouldn't be able to hear it!

What made you think you should be able to?

i can hear mine quite well, do you have any sort of aftermarket filter? aparently that helps alot

Fit a cone filter, remove the under bonnet sound proofing and get a remap.

The 3 things proven to make it louder.
