Coil packs 2.0 Do any fit the 1.8 and is the n75 j worth changing over to

Right my car needs coil packs thinking in putting the newer 2.0 turbo ones in do any fit all I have seen are the red ones don't think GSF stock them is there any difference ?
Was also thinking about changing n75 to the n75j is it worth it ?

GSF do keep the red ones, but they are beru branded rather than vw.audi. I ran them and they were fine.

I've just bought a set of adapters and coils from Integrated Engineering, along with some decent Denso Iridium plugs, so I hope there's even a little benefit to be had.

Not with Denso's mate... they have a habit of shedding their ceramic...
