After finding a big boost leak and fixing that and now getting a stable boost level but only 8 psi after scanning the car again came across a new problem when on full load the apr r1 recirc is releasing air as its on load now my question is has anyone come across this before , after looking up the apr r1 its ment to be faultless and the best and should nt fail ??? or is there a service kit or repair kit for one of these , it was bought from awsome gti as it had the apr remap too ?????

The R1 is a diaphragm valve and fails just like the OEM ones do... seen a few fail and one did during a track day nuking the hybrid K03 that was fitted to the car...
