Does anyone make ones say larger than 80mm? or will it have to be a custom job?

many thanks

no ever so sure uses i think t4 manifold etc and the intake is around 102mm, my mate has it on him bam engined golf synchro and hes stripping parts off it, didnt know if it would be a worthy purchase or not :s

So a big turbo of some description? that would need a custom TIP as there are too many variables involved (manifold and hotside configuration for example) for an of the shefl solution... Bill always makes them to suit... bit like this one on a TT we did recently..

that looks smart as ****, not sure if i'll buy it yet as need to find some funds first. kinda hit me in a dry spot but seriously considering it after seeing those piccys.

Thanks tuffty

that looks to be a fairly impressive bit of kit :)

being a n00b, and never having had a turbo car, TIP = Turbo Intake Pipe?

what are the benefits of them?

Other than it can't operate without one lol....

Anyhoo... if you have an S3 then fit a Badger 5 80mm TIP... this has seen upward of 18hp gains on a stage 1 mapped engine just from bolting on...

Plenty of documentation and threads...

Check out Badger 5's forum in the sponsors section...
