sluggish a3 1.8T (aum)

My a3 seems to be a bit sluggish upon acceleration, so would i be right in guessing i may have split/leaking turbo boost pipes?

Wheres the best place to buy these from, ive seen them on ebay are they any good?

Is that at lowish revs or all through the rev range?
