Is this commom on the A3 ?

I have bought a 98S reg A3 1.8T sport (57000miles) about two week ago and took the car in to get the tracking checked ,only to find out that front low arm rear bushes and rear axel bushes have worn out , Is this commom on the A3 and what bushes should i get to replace them.

Problem some powerflex should do the job and stiffen up the rear end a liitle bit, but i'm sure the Audi versions are not too badly priced.
