Dual mass flywheel

Do they make noises when they start to go and what do they sound like if they make noises,is there any options to replace them with a normal flywheel and what clutch would need to be used

When my dual mass was knackered, and I mean really ******** it made no noise, clutch biting point was up by my chin though.... Don't bother upgrading unless your going to be chasing serious power...OEM clutch kit will do you just fine unless you want lots of traffic light run ins and you have upgraded your power....

I went for Valeo solid mass flywheel kit from eurocarparts. Impressed so far...
