Golf iv column pod

Does anyone know if this will fit an A3.
I want to have a boost gauge but I don't want an A pillar pod so thought this might be a solution.

I have the "Newsouth" boost gauge kit.

The pod sits on top of the original as far as I can remember so you should be able to make it fit.

I cut my pod up and used it to make an a pillar pod. I'll see if I can find the bit of paper that came with it and check how it fits.
