Can you tell if BBS CH wheels are the real deal??

Ive been looking for a second set of wheels to fit some softer rubber on for a while now and ive been offered a set of "BBS CH" wheels. he says they are the real deal but they cam with the car...
He is a mate so isnt realy trying to pull the wool over my eyes. At the price he is asking they would be a steel if they are real.

Is there any way to tell? Anything the real ones have that the fakes dont?

Check the back of them and they should have BBS stamped in them I think!

This is true. They have bbs stamped and couple other markings on inside of rim. My BMW bbs lm had four weird markings and bbs but were replicas and staggered , just good replicas!
