    Fuel Filter clamp issue

So finally got round to changing my fuel filter this afternoon. I jacked the car up and had a butchers underneath. Looks like its been changed before which is good, but i had to smile when i saw that it was held on by 3 cable ties. I say held, more bodged.

How should the fuel filter be secured to the vehicle, obviously a clamp of some sort. Should I nip off to the local steelers and purchase 1 or any ideas where I can get one from. Thanks in advance
