Basically, in the next few months I'll be gathering parts to change the rods for some rifle drilled ones in my ARY engine.

Undecided whether to go for the 19mm ones, or 20mm which obviously requires new rings and change of pistons..

Is their any benefit to fitting 20mm ones over the 19's, or should I just fit and forget the 19's?

20mm are stronger... Bill does run 19mm pins in the Lupo though

19mm in reesys engine.

you dont hear of many small end failures other than those due to some kind of error in assembly. and you are going rifle drilled, so i cant see 19mm being a bad thing.
surely the rods are still exactly the same profile, which is where the upgrade is anyway, the profile/material/method of manufacture, not the end size.

19mm rods are tapered at the small end. Kinda gay looking.
