Hi guys, a little confused about the above part number ecu. Is it m3.8.3 or m5.9.2?? When revo done the map they put m5 ecu but im sure its m3.8.3

Same generation ECU, so don't worry. Normally the m592 designation is for A4s and M383 is for A3's and the like

I think that should have been a 06A 906 018CG? as mark said from that point of view it's all the same. It's also the same ECU thats found in the MK4 golf..

Yea sorry 018, your right it is the same as a golf, its what this ecu originated from. Did they put this ecu in audis also? i got it cheap with a stage 1 revo map so am swapping it with my ecu ending in aq, which i have been assured that they are compatible. Thanks mark, so tge ecu i have will be m3?? Revo just put that because its a generic map across all models??
