In regards to my other thread on my wiper nightmare! I must be getting annoying now! Sorry. I have my old and my new (GSF) wiper motor and when plugged in without the linkage, the motors stay on. It's bizarre, they both do it. I plug them in, with the wiper stalk in the OFF position and the motor turns on, does a complete rotation and pause for a split second before continuing with another rotation. I can get some video footage if it helps. I'm starting to think maybe there is a relay issue or something.
In regards to the linkage I have found it to be a little stiff so I'm buying a new one from Audi. The problem is the motor now, I have contemplated exchanging it for a new one but seeing the old one does the exact same thing I don't think the motor is at fault.
Any help with this would be HUGELY appreciated
