Choke Takes ages???

The automatic on the car choke takes about 3 and a half to 4 minutes to go off and there is like a rasp comeing from the cat area as is if theres a blow and when it warms up it go's??? it sounds crap basically lol and it is doing my head in now, could it be the cat is naff? and should the choke stay on this long???

Choke?... you mean cold start? cold start takes as long as cold start needs too... if you have a noise then you should fix that...

Mines raspy until its warmed up but that seems to be a trait of the 3" DP and Sport Cat from what I have read.

I deffo cant find any leaks anywhere and when warm it doesn't do it at all.

mines the same on startup it sounds like a blow from around that area then when warm it goes
