S3 Door and side trim removal

Hi wondering if anyone could help im thinking of wrapping my bottom door trims and rear quarter trim and was wondering if anyone has done a how to guide for removing them ?

also does any one know if you have to take the front bumper off to get the grey piece out of the bumper?

Na dude. 10 mins'ish a bumper. See thread that Sandra posted that should see you through it. Rears easier than front obviously. Just remember the screw in between the tailpipes. Then once off you'll be able to see the clips on the rear that hold the inserts in place.

Just looking is it not possible to take the trim out the rear bumper without taking the bumper off?
