Help! Throttle Body

Hi guys, i need a new throttle body for my A3 but dont want to pay the 300odd the garage wants plus labour

Does anyone know the best place to get them cheap?

The car is an Audi A3 1.8 (non turbo)

managed to get one from ebay, turns out someone has replaced it before with the wrong one :s the new one ends in J not M
