Wires shorted while changing broken coil pack connector.. car won't fire

As title 2 wires shorted while changing a broken connector , ignition was off but they wielded together. Checked all fuses nothing blown. now car just turns over but doesn't fire. Anyone have any idea's?

Have u ran a vagcom check mate and doubled checked everything maybe even d/c battery and leave it for a while and see if that works
